Le Savoir Book Club

For the longest time I’ve always wanted to start my own book club; my sister Nafisah and I spoke about it several times when we were younger. Our love for books and engaging in intellectual discussions began from a very tender age.

A few months ago, I disclosed to the followers on my Instagram this project I’ve been working on with Nafisah, and I promised to provide further details in due time.

That time has come!

It’s with great pleasure that I introduce to my readers and all book lovers out there the birth of Le Savoir Book Club.

Le Savoir Book Club (aka ‘the Knowledge Book Club‘) is an exclusive book club co-founded by Hasiya Altine Nagode and Nafisah Ahmed Gobir; two sisters bonded by blood and their love for books.

As a member of the club you agree and sign up to become a part of a Rewarding, Engaging and Exclusive Society ( R.E.E.S).

As a community, we aim to foster the reading culture of members as well as help to develop social, interpersonal and other key skills relevant in today’s society through the creation of a warm, friendly and enabling environment for individuals of diverse backgrounds to engage in stimulating and intellectual discussions.

The club is presently based in Abuja but has future plans to expand its base to Lagos and other cities in Nigeria.

Membership Requirements:

1. Members must be above the age of 18 yrs.
2. N50,000 membership fee (renewable after every 6 months). Membership fee covers: a readers package, books & meals at top cafes & lounges.
3. Successful completion of online membership form.

We are happy and eager to welcome you all as a member of the club. However, please note that membership slots are limited, so make sure you register early to secure your spot!
